Building Resilience


Resilience is the ability to cope with adversity and to use challenges to forge strength and prosperity. Some people are well equipped with resilience whilst some must work harder to develop resilience to become mentally stronger. The good news is that this can be done, that is, resilience is a skill that through hard work and perseverance can be developed and enhanced. This course will provide you with an opportunity to grow these skills and character, discover who you are, and steadfastly overcome obstacles in life, and thrive while at it!
