Garth Farrant

Garth Farrant has been an entrepreneur all his adult life. After starting the Contemporary Music Department at the National School of the Arts in the mid 1990’s he was asked by the Minister of Higher Education in SA to serve on the panel to rewrite high school music in 2000. He went on from there to be appointed by the South African Qualifications Authority to serve on panels writing Higher Education Music qualifications.

In the mid 2000’s Garth acquired a franchise of a leading international music school and, using that methodology, established multiple branches around South Africa doing around R200 million in business to date.

In 2014 Garth came across a revolutionary sales training methodology and in 2015 acquired the South African master license. This led to the formation of Personal Development SA and the journey goes on. Garth is a certified international Code Breaker Technologies Sales Trainer and Coach. He is a past president of the Pretoria Chapter of the Professional Speakers Association of South Africa, a past president of BNI Royal, a past BNI Director Consultant and completed his Power MBA through The Power Business School. He has also completed some leadership modules through Harvard Business School.
